This piece is made by Jabolo a 20th-century New York City "outsider" and street artist known for his vibrant, mixed-media paintings and urban artwork. He originally became famous in the 1990s by setting up shop on the streets of Manhattan to sell his art directly to passersby.

Most of his known street and outsider art pieces in circulation are dated between the mid-1990s and the early 2000s. This piece is signed & dated '95. Titled "Tune-In" on overlap.
